Automated engagement with your users at the right time within the customer lifecycle will drastically improves the Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA) and the Life-Time-Value (LTV) of your customer. On Twitter we had more than 7.500 followers; the number of likes on Facebook was over 1.500; the mailing list had over 3.000 recipients;there were more than 1.500 user accounts; and we had 400 recurring customers.
